Water Demineralization Plant
The Water Demineralization plants are a dynamically used group of gadgets that ensure the demineralization of the water. It is very useful in removing minerals and salts from the water by using the Ion exchange process. The Demineralization plant removes all the dissolved minerals efficiently and ensures complete cleansing of the water. It uses various processes like Distillation by heat, RO Membrane filtration or Nanofiltration, and Electrodialysis. In the demineralization process, the water enters the tank containing the ion exchange resin bed. It provides an ion exchange site for the replacement of the mineral salts in water by forming H+ and OH- ions. It is a highly recommended process because the impurities water contains are generally dissolved salts, which are brilliantly removed by the deionization process. The working procedure is very similar to the manufacturing of distilled water but is very quick and cost-efficient. All the machinery installed is of the best quality and provides massive durability. The DM Plant is of two types: Two Bed Demineralization plant and Mixed Bed Demineralization Plant. This equipment has vast applications in numerous industries like Pharma, Food Processing, Automobile, power, Electroplating, Water treatment, and many more.
