Selecting a suitable shearing machine for sheet metal cutting operation

Need to know the following details below while going to buy a shearing machine.
1. Max thickness of the sheet and material of the sheet which you would like to cut on the machine
2. Max width of the sheet
3. Machine type e.g. mechanical hand operated/Motorizes/Hydraulic/NC type/CNC type/Swing beam type or guillotine type
Once these things get cleared then it will be easy to submit the offer for the suitable machine model as per the requirement.
