Titanium Grade 1 Sheet is a flat, thin sheet made from Grade 1 titanium, which is the purest and softest commercially available titanium grade. It offers excellent corrosion resistance, especially in oxidizing and mildly reducing environments, along with high ductility and good formability. Grade 1 titanium is non-alloyed and has the lowest strength among titanium grades but provides outstanding toughness and weldability. This sheet is widely used in industries such as chemical processing, marine, aerospace, medical implants, and architecture. Common applications include heat exchangers, desalination equipment, medical devices, architectural panels, and chemical tanks. Titanium Grade 1 Sheet is valued for its lightweight nature, high strength-to-weight ratio, and resistance to corrosion by seawater and many acids, making it ideal for environments where durability and longevity are critical.
