10 Hp Hydraulic Power Pack With Full System And Electric Panel is designed for industrial presses, workshop machinery, and hydraulic systems. It supplies fluid power to industrial presses, workshop machines and other hydraulic circuits. The valve bank works with single acting plus double acting cylinders - the same pack raises, holds or lowers different loads. Every component is new, assembled in India and shipped ready for service. A steel frame holds the reservoir, motor, pump, manifold, pressure switch, temperature switch but also relief valve. A separate wall mounted electric panel encloses the starter, contactor, overload relay, on off switch and indicator lamps - all wires run through sealed conduits. Once the operator presses the start button, the motor runs only when pressure falls below the set point, which saves energy as well as lowers heat. The maximum rated pressure is 210 bar and flow reaches sixteen litres per minute. Filters on the suction or return lines keep the fluid clean and an air breather prevents dust entry. The tank holds forty litres of ISO 46 hydraulic oil - a level sight glass shows the quantity. Couplings next to flanges meet ISO standards - replacement parts are available without modification. The frame has forklift slots and four mounting holes, which allow fixed or mobile installation. Painted steel plates shield moving parts plus an emergency stop button cuts power instantly. Normal service needs only an annual oil change and filter swap - no special tools are required. The design suits factories, maintenance shops but also educational labs that need steady, repeatable hydraulic force.
