Product Details
1050mm Multilayer Blown Film Machine is an advanced extrusion system used to produce multilayer plastic films—typically 3 to 9 layers—by co-extruding different polymers through a common die head. These films are widely used in high-performance applications such as food packaging, medical packaging, agriculture, and industrial wrapping. Plants having Extruders with helical gear box on rotating plate farm with auto reverseforward mechanism, temperature & control panel and blower. Take up unit rollers rotated by variable speed motors coupled with reduction gear box. Spiral type Die head with die sizes suitable for required film lay flat width. Surface type or center type winders with trimming knives are supplied with the plant.
