It is an assembly of compressor, condenser, fan motor, controls and a mounting plate.condensing unit means a component of a ''central air conditioner'' which is designed to remove heat absorbed by the refrigerant and to transfer it to the outside environment, and which consists of an outdoor coil, compressor(s), and air moving device.The condensing unit is separated from the refrigerated cabinet in refrigeration systems. For air conditioning, it can be located on the outside of the room where external ventilation assists in cooling down the refrigerant fluid passing through the inside of the system.
