Product Details
Features: Storing steam in the steam jacket for next consecutive cycle. Powerful ejector which creates partial vacuum upto 10 HG. Mercury. Separate gauge for jacket and chamber. Temperature reading Thermometer. Automatic low - water protection. Automatic pressure switch. Construction: Triple walled construction, unlike the other model the main working chamber is welded to the steam jacket with end ring so that steam is stored in the steam jacket for next consecutive cycle. The working chamber is made of the S.S. Plate to withstand high pressure in the steam jacket. Water is stored in the steam jacket with water level gauge and water inlet and water outlet valve. There is a separate valve for injecting steam into the inner chamber. Instrumentation: Pressure Gauge for Jacket Compound Gauge for Chamber Safety Valve Thermometer to read inner. Pressure Switch Water Inlet Valve & Water Outlet Valve Water Level Gauge Ejector Valve Optional: Fully Automatic Micro processor based programmable with solenoid valve operation. Suitable for Liquid, Instruments and Fabric cycle. Selector switch for regular and high speed.
