The 150 Liters Tilting Boiling Pan - Insulated - Direct Gas is made of SS 304 stainless steel. It is designed for workers to boil liquids and prepare soup in factories. The unit holds 150 liters. To pour the liquid easily, a worker turns a handle to tilt the container. The lid has two layers of metal and stays open without being held. By using the controls, an operator maintains the heat between 50 and 200°C. Thick layers of material inside the walls stop heat from escaping. There is a system that burns gas directly to provide energy.
