This Electrogrip Combo has 1 piece of Electrogrip Pre welded Copper Bonded Rod Along with a 1 bag of Electrogrip BFC Gem of 25 kgs. The Pre welded copper bonded rod is made of hi tensile steel with a 250 micron of copper coating. With a diameter of 16mm, the length of this rod can be customised, either 2 meters or 3 meters. As the name suggests, it has a copper strip with factory made holes for the connection purpose. Like normal copper bonded rods, these pre welded copper bonded rods do not need any additional clamp. Back fill compound provides the resistivity of only 0.24 ohm-m. This white powdered compound consists of several conductive components. It helps the leakage current to flow without any hindrance. The anti-corrosive property of this earth enhancing compound also protects the GI earthing electrode from corrosion.Advantages:The set has complete maintenance free chemical earthing products.BFC enhances the resistivity of the soil.BFC allows the leakage current to flow in a better way.BFC helps to retain moisture to maintain a certain resistivity of the soil.BFC has anti-corrosive, which makes the longevity of the earthing product.The resistivity is good.The efficiency is almost similar to copperThe cost is less than the pure copper earthing electrode.Long life span.No additional clamp is needed, unlike normal copper bonded rods. Impressive durability.It requires very little maintenance.
