HVLS Fan - Pole Mounted, 18 ft, MPF-18 B5 is a machine with five blades that measures 18 feet in diameter and stands on a pole with a height of 14 feet. It uses a gear motor that consumes 1.5 kW of electricity to move 138860 cubic feet of air every minute. The device is for the purpose of moving air through a wide indoor space and removing stale air from a workshop. By using a VFD control, the operator regulates the speed of the motor. There is a pole mount that supports the structure above the floor. In this configuration, the fan rotates to push air over a broad surface. Because of the size of the blades, the air moves at a high volume and a low speed. To operate the unit, the gear motor provides the necessary force to turn the assembly. Under those specifications, the machine creates a consistent breeze for the who work in the building.
