18-micron biaxial-oriented polypropylene (BOPP) matte film engineered for premium, non-glare matte-finish flexible packaging where ink holdout and a soft-touch, dull surface are required. Supplied on jumbo reels for further converting to bags, pouches, sleeves and lamination substrates. The matte surface delivers excellent opacity, good moisture vapour barrier and high printability for flexographic and gravure processes, making it suited to dry food, confectionery, biscuits, pharma and cosmetic sachets, gift and premium retail packaging where a sophisticated low-gloss appearance is preferred. Typical applications: matte stand-up pouches, tea/coffee sachets, detergent and agricultural films, biscuit and snack wrappers, and as the outer layer in co-ex and laminated structures. Available thickness: 18 micron; supplied in standard jumbo widths, customer widths and custom slitting on request. Compatible with food-grade inks, adhesives and lamination; excellent heat-seal performance and pinholE-free lay-flat reel supply. Model: BOPP-MTT-18.
