Ansol Champion Solder Wire is a high-quality soldering material manufactured by Ansol, a company established in 1989. The wire is composed of a 60% tin (Sn) and 40% lead (Pb) alloy, offering excellent conductivity and strong mechanical bonding. It is widely used in electronics, copper plating, semiconductor, hard disk drive, optics, LCD, IC, and SMT applications. The solder wire features a melting range of 183–214°C, ensuring smooth flow and minimal spatter during soldering processes. Ansol Champion Solder Wire is known for its high conductivity, easy melting, corrosion resistance, and strong, durable joints.
