BTI Heavy Duty Wire Straightening and Cutting Machine BTI M-018 is robust design for heavy wire industry. The wire is pulled through by four pairs of driven feed rolls and straightened by a rotating spinner. This machine is provided with Pre-straightener rollers in front of first feeder. It helps to reduce sharp bend of wire coil to facilitate straightening quality & smooth feeding.
Suitable for 10mm to 18mm diameter (MS Wire)
(Feeding Cap: - 80’ feet per minute)
(Cutting Cap: - up to 70’ feet per minute) *
*(Depending upon the diameter, the quality of wire and length of cut)
M-018 – STANDARD FEATURES:
1. Four sets of feed rollers for smooth feeding.
2. Heavy Duty Chain & Gear Driven wire feeder with chain adjuster.
3. Three Nos. Horizontal Pre-straightener rollers.
