The cooking surface offers plenty of room to fit a 10-in./25.4cm pan.Most standard stoves are 30 inches wide, around 25–27 inches deep (excluding handles and knobs) and 36 inches tall (excluding control panels). These standard stove sizes are designed to fit standard cabinet cutouts that are 34-1/4 inches wide, 24 inches deep and 36 inches tall.But, nowadays they also come with toughened glass on the top with an auto-ignition feature making it even more efficient. The only con of a 2-burner gas stove is that it has only two burners which means you can cook only two dishes at a time.At a basic level, burners are devices used to mix fuel and air (or oxygen) to achieve controlled combustion while producing a specific flame and heat-release pattern. The heat generated is used to control the temperature within a combustion chamber to the process setpoints.Two burners means I can use the griddle and make pancakes for breakfast. Two burners also means I can cook pasta and sauce at the same time. Single burner means meals need to cook in one pot.
