A C-Type Power Press Machine, 20 Ton With Safety Guards delivers twenty tonnes of force for sheet metal work. The open front frame gives access to the tooling area while the rigid single piece body resists deflection under full load. The ram drives punches, blanking tools, bending dies and forming inserts with repeatable accuracy. The equipment ships in new condition plus already carries safety guards plus an emergency stop palm button. The guards shield the point of operation - the stop circuit cuts power to the clutch within milliseconds. All main parts - frame, ram, flywheel, gears and bearings - are built from graded cast iron but also alloy steel - the unit holds its accuracy after years of daily shifts.
