The 20 Ton Block Ice Plant supplies twenty tons of solid ice blocks every day for industrial users. It runs on 415 V three phase, 50 Hz mains and keeps the same pace without manual help because every stage is under automatic control. A brine cooling circuit chills the cans - water freezes into uniform blocks while power use stays low. The frame, pumps and contactors tolerate continuous heavy duty with only basic scheduled care. Fishing ports plus large food processors deploy this unit to cover bulk ice demand.
