- To meet the requirements of the individual customer demands the range of compressors can be combined with numerous options to provide everything from a stand alone compressor, receiver mounted or complete Airstation including refrigerant dryer.
- In addition to the existing benefits of the previous 2 to 5 kW range, the new models offer the following improvements based on extensive research and development combined with customer feedback from the field:
- Auto tensioning of the drive belt
- New C-Pro1.0+ Controller
- Improved servicing capability with new canopy design
- Extended models with integrated after cooler
- Motor overload protection
- Airend protection
- New 7.5 kW variant
- New group of dryers (our own downstream equipment)
- New airstation design with AD 2000 receivers as standard
- Designed with the minimum number of moving parts, these compressors are reliable, robust and capable of continuous running for numerous applications. They are easy to use, easy to install and fully ready for plug and play. With fully removable side panels the compressor is quick and easy to maintain and service, minimising downtime and maximising reliability.
- Thanks to the fully removable side panels, these compressors can be serviced quickly and easily, which minimizes downtime and maximizes availability.
- The range has been expanded up to 7.5 kW, with a new lower cost variant at 7.5 kW, the controller offers improved visibility to see at a glance the compressor outputs. It also has better connectivity for sequencing with other air compressors - when it's run in conjunction with another model to provide more air when needed.
- The new canopy design gives easy access to speed up and improve machine servicing, the air dryers are built and manufactured in house giving you the same expert level of manufacturing and quality with the dryer that you have come to expect from your CompAir compressor.
- The Controller has been completely redesigned with the following new features and improvements:
- Better display that shows pressure, oil temperature and compressor's status (load / unload) at the same time.
- Communication port RS485 instead of RS232 (supports Modbus)
- Integrated sequencer to easily control 2 compressors
- Better appearance and plastic box for improved protection covering
- Fitted as standard in all models
- Auto restart after power failure
- Password to protect access
- Air & oil filter replacement indicator
- Separator filter replacement & oil change indicator
- Pressure setting easily adjusted
- Unload timer for both *DOL & SDS configurations
