Biosafety Cabinets are specialized workstations widely used in clinical, pharmaceutical, life science and industrial laboratories where experiments need highly contaminant free environment. Personnel protection from harmful agents inside the cabinet. Product protection to avoid contamination of the work, experiment or process. Environment Protection. Sound level no more than 65 db A. The Unit is suitable for CLASS 100 conditions. Outer body made of Board laminated with sunmica top OR MS Powder Coated ŸOR Stainless Steel 304 Grade. Ÿ70% of the air is re-circulated through the HEPA filter. The contaminated air is drawn by the blower through the plenum of the Ÿcabinet.Ÿ30% of the air is exhausted from work area. Filtered Exhaust protects ambient environment, and avoids build up, air borne particles. The exhaust of Safety Cabinet is connected to the Virus Burn out Unit for product and personnel protection. Air is drawn through Pre-Filter and is made to pass through high effective HEPA(High Efficiency Particular Air) filters. HEPA filters efficiency 99.97% for particle size 0.3 microns. Inflow velocity remains approx. 105 fpm (0.5 m/sec), while down flow velocity remains approx. 55 fpm (0.3 m/sec). Ÿ70 % air is re-circulated and 30% exhaust. Fitted with Motor-Blower. Complete with HEPA Filters, Pre filters, Fluorescent Tube, U.V. Tube, Motor Blower, Transparent Acrylic Sheet Front and Side Doors with 5/15 amp socket. Power 220-230 Volts AC Supply.
