240V-1000AH ESS BATTERY- Yati Infotec Solution A 240 V 1000 Ah Energy Storage System (ESS) battery is a high capacity lithium based battery pack designed to store large amounts of electrical energy (in the order of ~240 kWh of usable energy). These systems are used in home, commercial, or industrial energy storage applications especially where solar power, backup power, or off grid power is required. ESS batteries typically include a Battery Management System (BMS) for safety, long life and smart energy handling. Key Features High Nominal Voltage — 240 V Designed to operate at 240 V DC, which is ideal for powering higher power inverters without needing very high current (avoids huge cables). Higher voltage systems are more efficient and safer for large energy storage. Large Capacity — 1000 Ah Capacity of 1000 Ah at 240 V means huge energy storage — around 240 kWh nominal (240 V × 1000 Ah = 240,000 Wh). This can run large loads for many hours depending on power draw (e.g., if you draw 5 kW continuously, ~240 kWh gives ~48 hours ideally before recharge). Battery Chemistry Many ESS batteries of this type use LiFePO₄ (Lithium Iron Phosphate) cells. LiFePO₄ provides excellent safety, long cycle life (3000+ cycles) and stable performance — ideal for ESS applications.
