Silicon Overhead Line Covers are made from high quality non-tracking silicon rubber that are designed for f ield installa on over bare conductors. These covers provide a layer of electrical insula on for Phase-to-Phase and Phase-to-Ground protec on from bird and animals. The GSOC provides electrical insula on, UV resistance and tracking resistance. Silicon Self-fusing Tape can be applied on it for be er insula on. Excellent UV and Ozone resistance. Excellent Tracking resistance. Good Di-electric strength. Protec on for leads and jumpers. Highly flexible silicone tubing makes applica on easy. Flame Retardant. No special installa on tool required. Does not require further dera ng conductors. Helps prevent contacts by elimina ng gaps in coverage.
