Product Details
For laboratory production of chemical pulp. Provided with six autoclaves, pressure tested, each of 2.5 liter suitable for 300/350 gm bone-dry wood rotate in forced hot air with precise temperature control to monitor cooking behave of different raw materials. The unit is easy to operate and boiling parameter precisely controlled to insure good repeatability. The autocalve bomb can be quickly cooled by using cold water spray on it after completion of cycle. Digital temp Indicator-cum-controller precisely control the temperature range upto-200 0C. The rotation with change in turning direction provide efficient agitation to the samples. Laboratory pulping unit is a digester provided with digital temperature indicator cum controller, pressure indicator, safety valve and sampling valve. The safety values are especially suitable for paper industries raw material. Like wood, non wood and recycled fiber. We manufacture these items with high quality raw materials. Microprocessor based temperature indicator cum controller with facility of more detailed pre-programming of boiling sequence.
