316 Stainless Steel Sheet is a flat, thin metal sheet made from Grade 316 stainless steel, an austenitic chromium-nickel-molybdenum alloy known for its superior corrosion resistance, especially against chlorides, acids, and marine environments. The addition of molybdenum (2–3%) sets it apart from 304 grade by enhancing its resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.
