347 Stainless Steel Round Bar is a solid cylindrical bar made from Grade 347 stainless steel, an austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel stabilized with niobium (columbium). The addition of niobium prevents carbide precipitation during welding and high-temperature exposure, offering excellent intergranular corrosion resistance, even after prolonged heating. This grade is ideal for high-temperature applications, especially where repeated heating and cooling cycles occur.
