Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine - 40 kHz, 200 L, Fully Automatic is a completely automatic industrial cleaning system designed to clean parts and components very efficiently in tough manufacturing environments. Its 200 L SS 316 tank and 3000 W ultrasonic power enable a very thorough and even cleaning through cavitation while the 40 kHz frequency allows a gentle treatment with a strong removal of contaminants. The built-in 1000 W heater keeps the solution temperature at the optimum level for greater solvent activity and shorter cycle times. The unit, which is a piece of equipment for industrial use, has been designed so that it can be easily connected to a 230 V single-phase supply. Besides that, the machine is capable of delivering a dependable, uninterrupted operation which takes very few maintenance efforts.
