Product Details
Once the steel cable tray is fully manufactured and assembled, it is submerged into a molten zinc bath, coating every surface, edge, hole, and weld. The thickness of the coating depends on how long the component stays in the bath and the speed at which it is withdrawn. Hot-dip galvanizing performed after fabrication produces a significantly thicker coating compared to pregalvanized and electrogalvanized methods. This process is highly recommended for cable trays used in most outdoor settings and various harsh industrial applications.
