Product Details
This set contains the GI Earthing Electrode, Back fill Compound along with an Earth pit cover. The GI earthing electrode is made of galvanized iron and available with a length of 2 meters and 3 meters along with a dia, which can be 40mm, 50 mm, 60 mm, 80 mm and 90 mm. Up to 100 microns of zinc coating makes this product last long, for almost 7 - 10 years. Back fill compound offers a resistivity of only 0.24 ohm-m. This white powdered compound is made of several conductive components. It allows the leakage current to flow without any hindrance. The anti-corrosive property of this earth enhancing compound also protects the GI earthing electrode from corrosion. The Electrogrip earth pit cover is made of polypropylene, which has a high melting point. This durable earth pit cover lasts long and has a load-bearing capacity of up to 8 ton. It properly covers and protects the connections and outer portion of the electrode. Advantages: The set has complete maintenance free chemical earthing products. BFC enhances the resistivity of the soil. BFC allows the leakage current to flow in a better way. BFC helps to retain moisture to maintain a certain resistivity of the soil. BFC has anti-corrosive, which makes the longevity of the earthing product. Earth pit cover has a compact size. Earth pit cover is made of polypropylene. Earth pit cover has a high melting point. Earth pit cover can withstand the extreme atmosphere. This earth pit cover can bear a load up to 8 tons.
