Kamal Solar 500 LPD Flat Plate Collector (FPC) Solar Water Heater with Heat Exchanger is a high-capacity solar hot water system designed to produce 500 liters of hot water per day using solar energy. The system uses advanced Flat Plate Collector (FPC) technology, where a specially coated copper absorber plate captures solar radiation and transfers heat efficiently to the water circulating through copper tubes. The integrated heat exchanger system makes the solar water heater suitable for hard water and borewell water areas, preventing scaling and protecting the storage tank from corrosion. This improves the durability and overall efficiency of the system. The system works on the thermosyphon principle, allowing natural water circulation between the collector and storage tank without electricity. The highly insulated storage tank with high-density PUF insulation ensures minimal heat loss and maintains hot water for long hours. The 500 LPD solar water heater is ideal for hotels, hospitals, apartments, hostels, restaurants, factories, and other commercial establishments where large quantities of hot water are required daily.
