Monel K500 Round Bar is a solid cylindrical bar made from Monel K500, a nickel-copper alloy that includes aluminum and titanium for added strength. It combines the excellent corrosion resistance of Monel 400 with the enhanced mechanical properties provided by age-hardening (precipitation hardening). Monel K500 Round Bar offers outstanding resistance to seawater, salt spray, acids, and alkalis, making it highly suitable for marine, chemical, aerospace, and oil & gas applications. It maintains strength and toughness across a wide range of temperatures, including sub-zero environments.
