Our cream separator is a specially designed machine that uses centrifugal force toefficiently separate milk into cream and skimmed milk. As the machine spins, theheavier milk is forced towards the outer walls while the lighter cream collects in themiddle. The separated cream and skimmed milk then flow out of separate spouts,making it easy to collect and use for further processing. This allows dairies to regulatethe fat content of their products, such as low-fat milk, full-fat milk, or cream, bymixing the cream and skimmed milk in a specific ratio.Easy to Relocate : The cream separator is mounted on a stainless steel trolley that can be easily moved around.Robust Control Panel : It is equipped with a control panel that houses various components such as MCB, On/Off Switch, amp meter, Volt meter, and Indicators.Smooth cream separation : The cream separator comes with approximately 38 discs that aid in separating the cream from the milkSpecial Controller system: The cream separator is equipped with a special controller that allows to adjustment of the cream content as per the requirement.Ensure a Hygienic Process : The cream separator has a stainless steel bowl, spout set and pipeline for durability, cleaning, and to ensure the hygienic separation of cream.Efficient Cream Separator : It features a copper winding motor that delivers powerful and efficient performance.Smooth Milk Transfer : The cream separator is equipped with a SS Milk pump that facilitates the smooth transfer of milk.Versatile : The cream separator can be used to separate cream from various dairy products such as milk, whey, and ghee filter.
