Product Details
The AAC Block Machine Plant from Bimix Machines functions to manufacture autoclaved aerated concrete blocks automatically. It produces those units - using fly ash, OPC cement and quick lime. There is a daily output of 50 cubic meters but the equipment allows for an increase to 100 cubic meters. Each single batch measures 1.25 cubic meters. To operate the machinery, workers need a land area between 1 acre and 1.5 acres. On this site 15 staff members manage the daily functions. With an automatic setup, the plant operates using an electrical supply of 100 horsepower. It is a system that maintains order during the manufacturing process. The machinery is a product of India. It serves the needs of construction companies that require large quantities of blocks.
