General Description: "ACC BAGCRETE" is carefully proportional blend of high quality materials including well graded fine and coarse aggregates, ordinary portland cement & special concrete admixtures. After mixing with water at site ACC BAGCRETE is designed to produce a concrete mix that's easy to work with & provides excellent strength. The ACC BAGCRETE make it particularly suited for concrete jobs in &around the home & garden, remote access areas, native sites& wherever a good quality concrete mixes are required for structures of suitable application. This can be produced according to the different grades of concrete. Uses: Individual houses, Gardens, small concrete repair works, small structures foundations, columns and slabs etc. Applications:-1) RCC & PCC -Any filling &levelling works. 3) Terrace Waterproofing works. 2) Floorings. 4) Any other simple Concrete works. Quantity Coverage:- The addition of 3-4 litres of water to a 40kgs bag of ACC BAGCRETE according to the site requirements & workability will produce around 18 litres of concrete, enough for a rectangular slab measuring 500mm ×500mm × 75 mm or it's equivalent. Mixing Instructions:- A) Concrete Mixer 1) Put most of the 3-4 litres of water per 40kgs bag of ACC BAGCRETE dry mix into the mixer bowl & start mixer. 2) Gradually add ACC BAGCRETE dry mix while the mixer is rotating. 3) Add the remaining water only if necessary. B) Hand Mixing:- 1) Empty the ACC BAGCRETE dry mix bag into a wheel barrow, bucket or flat clean surface. Measure 3-4 litres of clean water per 40kg bag. 2) Gradually add the water on stages, mixing thoroughly with a spade or similar after each addition of water. 3) Check on the consistency of the concrete. Use no more water than is necessary to allow the concrete to be easily placed & finished. Quality Assurance:- The product confirms to BIS Specifications& standards. Aggregates used confirms to IS: 383 Cement confirms to IS : 12269, Water confirms to IS : 456 : 2007, Admixtures confirms to IS : 9103. Initial Setting Time observed:- 2 Hr 10 Min. Final Setting Time observed:- 9 Hr 35 Min. 28 Days compressive strength: Can be achieved as per requirements &customized solutions needed. Generally Available in the Three Strengths Class: Normal Strength : - 15 –20 Mpa Mild Strength :- 25 – 30 Mpa High Strength :- 35 – 40 Mpa
