Management information ranges from fee earner analysis, to monthly budgets, to practice-wide P&L accounts. Regular reports can be saved and run whenever required. All reports can be exported into Excel. Billing : A feature-rich billing system allows the billing of WIP and disbursements, as well as full freedom in terms of fee earner allocation. Preparation of trial balances : The trial balance has to be prepared, at regular intervals or annually, automatically for viewing purposes only. Preparation of Balance Sheet. : The Balance Sheet has to be prepared from the trial balance and Profit or Loss Statement, annually, to show the financial status of the orgnization. It should also be done automatically, and should only be viewed and not edited.
