Accumax and Semi-Automatic Heavy Duty Hydraulic Surface Grinders produced by Shreyash Machine Tools has a solid 500 × 1000 mm table and a longitudinal stroke of 1100 mm that moves under its own power. Those dimensions suit accurate grinding work in factories. A 550 mm hydraulic slide carries the table sideways - each stroke advances the slide automatically by 0.5 - 5 mm - the process runs without constant attention. The gap between table plus wheel opens to 400 mm. A 5 HP motor spins the spindle at 1400 rpm and a second 5 HP unit drives the hydraulic circuit. The machine accepts 350 × 40 × 75 mm wheels, moves the table lengthwise at 1.5 - 18 m/min but also raises the wheel in steps of 0.01 mm. The unit weighs about 2200 kg and is available for immediate shipment - it performs demanding grinding jobs in a steady, repeatable way.
