The Accumax Hydraulic Surface Grinding Machine (12 x 24 inch) from Shreyash Machine Tools grinds parts to close limits within a work area that measures 600 mm by 300 mm. The table accepts jobs up to 12 inches by 24 inches, a size suited to industrial workshops. Hydraulic circuits move the table and slide so the operator does not shift them by hand. Longitudinal movement reaches 630 mm, cross movement reaches 320 mm plus the wheel can remove metal to a depth of 300 mm from the table top. A motor spins the spindle at 2800 RPM and drives a 200 mm diameter, 20 mm wide, 31.75 mm bore grinding wheel - the wheel leaves smooth, flat surfaces on both ferrous but also non ferrous parts. The machine sits ready in stock, occupies little floor area and drops into lines where each step must hold tight dimensions. Tool rooms as well as production shops that need steady, high rate surface grinding gain a durable unit.
