Workflow of the Heatless Regenerative Adsorption Dryer Heatless Regenerative Adsorption Dryer utilizes pressure swing adsorptive regeneration cycle to force the air flow through A and B drying cartridges which are full filled with adsorbent. While one cartridge is absorbing water vapor under high pressure (working pressure), the other one is decomposing under low pressure (atmospheric pressure). The regenerated air will be exhausted into the atmosphere via the valve B2 and silencer in the downstream pipe.Pressure balance--- Once the adsorbent regeneration is completed, the valve B2 is switched off. The pressure in drying cartridge B will then gradually rise to the online working pressure and get ready to correct switch.Switch--- The valve B1 in downstream pipe is opened with valve A1 closed, valve A2 opened. The drying cartridges A and B finish switching, while cartridge B is adsorbing, cartridge A is depressurizing and regenerating. The working sequence and working time are automatically controlled by the controller.  Workflow of the Low-heat Regenerative Adsorptive Dryer The Low-heat Regenerative Adsorption Dryer integrates the advantage of both pressure swing adsorption and moisture swing adsorption, adsorbs under normal temperature and high vapor pressure, decomposes and regenerates under comparatively high temperature and low vapor pressure.
