Available in a wide selection of geometries (square, rhombic, round, triangular), grades and chip-breaker designs, these inserts are optimized for materials across P/K/M/S/N groups (steels, cast iron, stainless, superalloys, non-ferrous). Whether you run large production batches or precision one-off jobs, Palbit inserts improve cycle times and part consistency on VMCs when paired with the correct cutter body and machining parameters. Their stable edge geometry and predictable wear make them ideal for shops focused on productivity, repeatable surface finish and reduced tooling cost-per-part.
