Aluminium Casted Bend Heaters can help simplify many complex heating problems. The cast heaters can be designed in the exact shape and size needed. Available two ways: as a one-piece cast-in aluminum heater assembly, or in two piece casting. The casting heater consists of a formed cable or tubular heater cast aluminum. The part is then designed to meet specific application needs including machining, termination, coatings, and assembly. The option of cooling coil can be included inside the casting for faster cooling or use fluids to heat the casting. Features: Liquid cooled or air cooled specification Cast in material: Aluminum. Bronze or Iron, Largest possible diameter with maximum length Incoloy tubular heater to maintain good heater life No-bake sand mold or permanent mold to ensure small qty run or large production possible Cylindrical or Platen shapes or other shapes on customized shapes possible Suggested Wattage density: Aluminum – <= 5W/cm2 or 35W/in2 / Bronze or iron – <= 7W/cm2 or 45W/in2 Single or three phase circuit Uniform surface temperature Application: Transfer / Feed pipes Semiconductor manufacturing Food service industry Engineering industry Plastic processing industry
