Product Details

Tilt Level Switch The TILT probe is to be hanged from the top in the hopper or supported on the walls of hopper at required locations. When material level rises, makes a cone in the hopper. When the material touches the probe and the probe gets tilted, the contact is actuated. Suitable for almost every material solid, powder, granule but only for dry free flowing solids. As the probe is to be hanged in the hopper user has to ensure that the falling material flow does not fall directly on the sensor. Specification TLS 602 Supply voltage : 110/240 V AC,50 Hz. OFF Delay : 1 to 10 secs (Continuously Adjustable). ON Delay : 1 to 10 secs (Continuously Adjustable). Output contacts : 2 C/O relay contact. Contact rating : 5 Amp. resistive at 240 V AC.
