Aluminium Corner – AHU Description An Aluminium Corner is a corner joining and reinforcement component used in Air Handling Unit (AHU) casing and panel construction. It is installed at panel intersections and frame corners to provide structural strength, proper alignment, and airtight sealing of the AHU enclosure. The aluminium corner is made from high-grade extruded aluminium, offering light weight, corrosion resistance, and durability. It is compatible with double-skin insulated AHU panels and is fixed using rivets, bolts, or self-tapping screws, along with sealant or gasket to prevent air leakage.
