Automatic high speed vertical ampoule filling and sealing machine for 1–10 ml ampoules. GMP compliant, multi-head models for injectable SVP liquids. The Automatic High Speed Vertical Ampoule Filling and Sealing Machine is a fully automated solution for filling and sealing liquid injectables under sterile conditions. The machine integrates ampoule feeding, pre-gassing, filling, post-gassing, sealing, and discharge into a compact and robust system, making it ideal for high-volume pharmaceutical production The machine is designed in compliance with cGMP standards and is available in 4, 6, 8, 12, and 16-head configurations. It is equipped with a “No Ampoule – No Filling” safety system and provides individual fine volume adjustment for each syringe through the HMI. An imported gearbox and gear motor ensure smooth operation. The machine frame is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, while all liquid-contact parts are made of AISI 316L stainless steel. A diving nozzle system is provided to prevent foaming and spillage. The machine can achieve an output speed of up to 500 ampoules per minute for 2 mL ampoules and operates in a right-to-left direction. An aluminium ampoule transfer rack ensures precise ampoule handling, while accurate ampoule neck centering is maintained during gassing, filling, and sealing. Integrated pre- and post-nitrogen gassing units are PLC-controlled. The machine is equipped with a PLC control system and Touch Screen HMI (Delta – Taiwan), along with individual servo motor control for each filling syringe. Filling volume can be set directly through the HMI, eliminating the need for manual tuning. Flow meters are provided for LPG, oxygen, and nitrogen. The machine features a stainless-steel pipe structure with a toughened glass enclosure, and ampoule discharge is carried out through a pusher mechanism. An emergency stop button is provided for enhanced operator safety. A heat extraction unit with a suction blower is included, with ducting to be provided by the customer. All electrical and bought-out components are CE-certified. The machine is also capable of filling ampoules up to 10 mL with minimum change parts.
