Fujitech Shore A and Shore D hardness tester for rubber and plastic hardness testing. Shore-A Hardness Tester is used to test the hardness of soft volcanized rubbers and soft plastics made as per ASTM and German Standard DIN 53505. I) Indicating Dial Dial Graduation = 0 to 100 degree 1 division is 1 degree shore-units Highest degree = 100 Lowest degree = 0 II) Indenter: Point Truncated Cone III) Presser Foot: Presser foot Dia == 16+0.5mm Supporting block == 7x20mm+0.5mm Total width of presser foot == 40mm+manufacture of calibration 1mm IV) Test Gauges: Shore-A tester a three in one gauge marked on it 25,50,75 shore unit with S No of tester It is a very precision gauge to check the accuracy of the tester at three points marked on the gauge. V) Temperature of test: The test should be made at 20 c+ 20c as per DIN 53505 or 76F + 6F as per ASTMD 676-59T at 73.4F+ 1.8F as per ASTDM 2240-75
