GI Flange offered to you is manufactured using high grade steel materials under supervision of professional workers. This flange is a method of connecting pipes, valves, pumps or other equipment to form a piping system. The flange which is usually welded or screwed, also helps in providing easy access for cleaning, inspection as well as modification. Galvanized Iron Flange is preferred for its high tensile strength, corrosion and shock resistance, highly flexible and elastic, long life span, compact and rigid structure. This flange is very economical as it do not requires much maintenance and operating cost on a daily basis. This flange is available for our clients in bulk, at nominal price. Stainless steel/carbon steel/alloy steel made flanges are used as pipe connecting accessories. Threading standard of these products conforms to BSP/NPT norms. Operating temperature of these products ranges between 40 degree C to 200 degree C. Tensile strength of such products is 350 MPA. These have around 10% elongation rate and up to 25 bar of operating pressure enduring capacity. Offered flanges are perfect for pipes meant for transferring petro chemical, gas, oil and water. Maximum nominal dimension of these flanges is Dn2000. Optimum sealability, high pressure resistance capacity, high temperature enduring performance, accurate dimension, high strength and wear proof design are some of their key features. Excellent surface hardness, wear proof design and reasonable price are their key aspects. These have 2 mm to 80 mm thickness range. Advanced punching technique has been followed to create precisely developed holes of such flanges. Based on application type, these are offered with weld neck, plate type and socket weld slip type design options. These accessories have been tested as per their longevity, fitting method, ductility, strength, thickness, dimension and raw material selection.
