An Anti-Crane Collision Switch System is an advanced industrial safety device designed to prevent collisions between cranes, hoists, trolleys, and other moving equipment operating within the same working area. It is specially developed to improve operational safety, protect valuable machinery, and minimize the risk of accidents in industrial environments where multiple cranes operate on common or adjacent runways. The system continuously monitors the distance and movement of cranes and detects when two cranes approach each other beyond a predefined safe distance. When the cranes reach the preset warning or stopping distance, the system activates an alarm or switching mechanism to alert the crane operator and control the movement of the equipment. Depending on the system configuration, it can provide warning signals, slow down the crane, or initiate an automatic stopping command through the crane control circuit. Manufactured using advanced sensing technology and high-quality industrial components, the Anti-Crane Collision Switch System provides reliable detection, accurate monitoring, and dependable performance in demanding industrial applications.
