Air Operated Double Diaphragm(AODD) Pump:- An Air-Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) Pump is a type of positive displacement pump that uses compressed air to move fluids. It consists of two flexible diaphragms that reciprocate back and forth to create suction and discharge pressure. AODD pumps are widely used in industries due to their ability to handle various fluids, including corrosive, abrasive, viscous, and shear-sensitive liquids. Working of Air-Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) Pump :- The compressed air is supplied to one diaphragm, pushing it outward. As one diaphragm moves, it creates a vacuum, drawing fluid into the opposite chamber. A valve system shifts the air supply, causing the diaphragms to move back and forth, continuously pumping fluid.
