The Endless Plastic Rope Making Machine - 2–6 mm, 3.7 kW produces plastic ropes that measure between 2 mm and 6 mm in diameter. It is capable of outputting 800 kg of material during each day of operation. A motor that provides 3.7 kW of power drives the device. It requires an electrical supply of 415 V and 50 Hz to function. The frame is constructed from thick steel components to prevent vibration during the manufacturing process. Because the assembly is rigid, the machine creates ropes that have a consistent shape and density. Technical operators use those ropes for binding shipping containers, securing farm crops and supporting factory equipment.
