PRODUCT RANGE:-

• STANDARD SERIES

ASAHI Bearing units consist of a double sealed single row deep groove ball bearing and any one of cast iron, synthetic rubber and presses steel housings of various configurations.

• SILVER AND STAINLESS SILVER SERIES

Silver series is compact and light-weight bearing units made of zinc-alloy diw casting and inner bearing is high carbo chromium steel or stainless steel (stainless silver series). The bearing units which save a money and energy. Eccentric locking collar or set-screw ensures fast and positive locking of bearing to the shaft. Quick, accurate positioning by center-line marks.

Food grease* can be filled in the bearing on request to secure safety for the application of food processing machinery.

• STAINLESS SERIES

This series provide the excellent corrosion resistance as well as self-alignment; all stainless steel insert bearings incorporated with solid stainless steel housings. Both insert bearings and housings are made of stainless steel suitable against many harsh atmosphere with stainless steel slingers.

Insert bearing MUC-type can have food grade grease, upon request, good for Food processing plants. Insert bearing MB-type is pre-lubricated with food grade grease as standard. Typical application: food processing machinery, chemical and agricultural machinery

• STAINLESS ECO SERIES

ASAHI ECO series is an excellent anti-corrosive bearing unit – the bearing is made of stainless steel equivalent to SUS440C, the housing is SCS13 stainless cast steel and the eccentric locking collar is SUS302 stainless steel. Eccentric collar ensures quick and positive locking to the shaft. Compact bearing unit enables compact machine designs, which ultimately helps to save energy and natural resource to keep environment clean.

• THERMOPLASTIC SERIES

Plastic series unit is consisted of the stainless steel insert bearing and the thermoplastic housing. It is self-aligning and anti-corrosive. The insert bearing is factory-prelubricated with FD-grease. The solid base housing does not easily allow bacteria to propagate and keeps good hygienic condition.

Typical application: Food-processing / packaging / textile machineries, chemical and hospital apparatus etc. Typical applications: food machinery, packaging machinery, chemical equipment.
