ASPHALT HOT MIX BATCH TYPE PLANT capacity 120 TPH is ideally operating with 3 % moisture content. The plant is fully automatic electro-pneumatic computerized controlled panel and also manual override control.The plant Model FAB 1500 performed 120 ton per hour, a single batch of 1500 Kg with 80 cycles per hour. The capacity is based on mean density of 1.6 ton/m3 and hot mix temperature 150degree C at mixer outlet. The rated production capacity is depend upon mix temperature, moisture percentage, aggregate density, filler moisture and controlled dust.
