ASTM A453 Grade 660 Class A Heavy Hex Nuts are high-temperature, corrosion-resistant fasteners made from austenitic stainless steel.They are ideal for bolting applications in pressure vessels, turbines, and high-temperature chemical equipment.Chemical Composition includes high levels of Nickel (24–27%), Chromium (13–17%), and Molybdenum (1.5–1.9%) for superior oxidation resistance.Mechanical Properties: Minimum tensile strength of 125 ksi (860 MPa), yield strength of 105 ksi (725 MPa), and excellent elongation and stress rupture values.These nuts retain mechanical integrity up to 704°C (1300°F), ensuring long-term performance in demanding environments.
