RESIBOND RTV SILICONE SEALANT is a high performance non-corrosive sealant suitable for making gaskets over flanges. It replaces paper gasket & prevents leakage of oil even at 200°C. APPLICATIONS HOW TO USE RSIBOND RTV SILICONE SEALANT can be used for bonding and sealing in different industries like automobile, electrical, electronic and construction. TECHNICAL DETAILS • Surfaces must be clean, dry&free from oil, grease and detergents. • Pierce the tube using reverse of the cap. • Apply a continuous bead of Resibond Clear to the surface in a uniform thickness. • After application replace the cap immediately. • If material gets gelled at the nozzle it can be removed with sharp tool or pin. STORAGE 18 months in unopened packaging in a dry and cool storage place, at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C. HANDLING PRECAUTIONS Mandatory and recommended industrial hygiene procedures should be followed whenever our products are being handled and processed.
