Roto Synthetic Fluid Foodgrade is a high performance fluid specifically designedfor use in oil injected screw compressors operating in the Food/Beverage,Pharmaceutical and packing industry. National and international regulationsspecify strict manufacturing standards regarding contamination risk managementin this industry. Our RSF Foodgrade is based on a careful blend of synthetic fluidsand additives that meet these stringent requirements, allowing for active CriticalControl Points management (in an HACCP system) and providing increasedcustomer confidence in the food products' safety.Features RSF Foodgrade is not a standard food grade lubricant, its formulation responds to the specific Food & Beverage as well as Pharmaceutical operating conditions Allows for operation in a wide temperature range, typical for the Food & Beverage industry A lower pour point limits the resistance to the flow of the lubricant, which is particularly important during starting. Better water shedding properties reduce oil contamination and extend the oil lifetime. The lubricant's ability to separate from water is critical to reduce oxidation on metallic parts. Ability to separate during the condensate treatment process. The RSF Foodgrade is approved by NSF International (Non-food Compounds Registration), the former USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) for H1 application. Kosher and Halal compliance.
